Store specializing in Okinawa sides "Jamming( jamming )" (1, Asahimachi, Machida-shi) opened along Machida Highway on September 15.
Restaurant bar "Jamming Dining" (3, Haramachida) of the back alley, a 3 shop of Jamming Dining group spreading out at "jamijami" (4, Haramachida) providing a handmade hamburger and the shop where it is.

Kikuchi of the manager opens Okinawa side store "yeah diguar" after study in the JR Machida Station side in Okinawa side store of Shinjuku and Tsurumi. It was provoked taking advantage of closing a shop by the group owner who was a regular customer and became the manager of the new shop. "The interior decoration that the yeah diguar is curt." There was little communication with the visitor, too. But Kikuchi that I am person with a spirit of a craftsman when particular about taste.
If "the owner who liked my taste does the making of atmosphere of the shop well, repeaters increase". I offered you to do a new shop together. The store area is approximately seven tsubos. The number of the seats is 11 seats of counters. The tex Mecs style where the interior decoration is common throughout a group. The staff redecorated the former lunch shop.
The characteristic of the Okinawa side of the shop is pork bone broth and homemade noodles. "The general Okinawa side boils the bottom of the pig plate, and Kikuchi puts the good noodles over the throat together in soup of juice and the light seasoning using the kombu plainly". I feel temperature to be delicious in high Okinawa, but there are many people who feel it if unsatisfactory in Tokyo. Therefore I decided to provide the original menu which put the homemade noodles which gave a feeling of waist ともっちり in thick soup together. But I explain, I change the density of soup in the summer in the winter.
"A re-challenge." I pursue taste having you come to the store many times (Kikuchi).

 私は新宿と鶴見の沖縄そば店で修業後、JR町田駅そばの沖縄そば店「ヤージグアー」を経営しておりました。

 今回ジャミンダイニンググループの3号店として再び沖縄そばのお店をオープンさせて頂く事となりました。
 当店の沖縄そばの特徴は豚骨スープと自家製麺です。一般的な沖縄そばは、豚バラ肉の下ゆで汁と昆布を使った、薄味のあっさりスープにのど越しの良い麺を合わせております。
 気温が高い沖縄ではおいしく感じますが、関東では物足りないと感じる方が多く感じます。
 経験を取り入れ試行錯誤を行った結果、濃厚スープにコシともっちり感を出した自家製麺を合わせるオリジナルメニューを提供することにした。  
 気温の異なる夏と冬ではスープの濃度を微妙に変えさせて頂きます。
 沖縄そばへのこだわりは並々ならぬものと自負しております、何度もご来店していただけるような味を日々追求していく所存です。
