ABOUT CONSUMPTION TAX

■Since we are a STORE in auction, there will be consumption tax added on your item.
■Total price you will need to pay: Price for item + TAX + Shipping ( handling fee when you chose cash on delivery)
■Duty free for international buyers.


 

SHIPPING

■We will mainly use SAGAWA EXPRESS and SEINO TRANSPORT.
■WE WILL pick the shipping agent depend on what we send.
■Fragile, Large item, deliver with pallet and some EXPENSIVE items will be shipped by SEINO TRANSPORT.
■If you have specific company that you want your item to be shipped by, please comment on NOTE column we will do our best to consider.
■Shipping charge will be different than what we have listed in auction page when you chose Pay on delivery
 (paying shipping charge only, when you receive, not a cash on delivery)
■Please contact the exact delivery fee for your delivery agent.
■For smaller items, we could also send by NON-STANDARD size postal or Letter pack plus.
■BUT we have no responsibility for NON-STANDARD size parcel once we shipped.
■We can only ship out by pay on delivery for YU PACK.

DELIVER WITH PALLET

ALL pallets will be delivered by SEINO TRANSPORT.

■Specific items which will be delivered by PALLET are:
■Engines, Transmissions and Heavy items.

■You MUST have FORKLIFT to unload the engine etc. from the truck.
■IF you don't have forklift, you need enough people to help to carry with you.
■You could also pick up at SEINO TRANSPORTATION COMPANY near you.
■We will call you to confirm about above before shipping.
■We will ship you AFTER the confirmation from you and WILL NOT ship till then even your payment is already done)

■We will SHIP ONLY ON COMPANY ADDRESSES not private address.
■We are not responsible for any accidents or injures on unloading the heavy items.


 

COMBINE SHIPPING

■We will do our best to send multiple items as less boxes as we can but please understand that some of the items are not able to combine shipping.
■We CAN NOT COMBINE SHIPPING on items from our different branches and from your different Auction ID.
■We may say NO for those which can not be mixed or if we find it may cause the damage to ship together.
■Even if we say NO and if you REALLY need to be shipped them together, we might do that but we and delivery agent
 are not responsible for any damage while on delivery and no complains no returns accepted.
■Contact us before bid about the combine shipping.
■Please note that which items you want to be shipped together on order form.
■We DO NOT combine shipping unless you contact us to do so.
■Delivery charge may vary when some items are packed as one but size may be bigger than the first package.

ABOUT OUR WRAPPING

■Hood, Trunk, Radiator, Drive shaft,Coilovers, and Caliper/Disc Brake Rotors are in exclusive boxes.
■Engine, transmission and heavy products are shipped with a pallet.
■Other than above, Wrapped by  bubble wrap.

ABOUT REDELIVER

■A signature is required upon delivery.
■In the case that you are absent when delivery is attempted, a notice will be left by the postal service.
 In this case, please either go directly to the delivery agency or schedule a re-delivery by telephone.
■If the items are returned to our office due to long-term absence, we will cancel the deal regardless of the reasons.
■Your feedback is left  as “NEGATIVE”, and you will be in our blacklist. You will no longer be able to place a bid.
■And we may ask you for the round shipping cost and auction handling fee.


 

PICKING UP

■Please enter this information into the order form and let us know what date and what time you can come to our office.
■(We will hold up to 1 week)

INVOICE / RECEIPT

■If you need an invoice, please note in your order form.
■Receipt is given only on those who paid by bank transfer or KANTAN KESSAI, please let us know before we ship the item.
■We will fill ALL the column including, Name, price, item names and date.
■We only INCLUDE invoice and receipt TOGETHER WITH item when it is shipped and we WILL NOT send you later separately.
■For who chose CASH ON DELIVERY, the delivery slip will be your receipt.


 

HAND OVER IN USS AUCTION TOKYO

   Date: Thursdays   Time:2pm to 3pm   Due:First Thursday after you won

■If you need a reschedule, please contact us before 3pm on Wednesday.
 ( one day before you pick up or 2 days if we are closed on that Wednesday)
■Large products such as engines and transmissions are not accepted to handover at USS.
■YOU PAY:Price for the item you won + tax + handling fee of handing over at USS Tokyo.
■Exact handling charges are listed on auction page.

Date of arrival on brand new parts.

■Please contact us when is the arrival date on the brand new part you want.
■Our items are sometimes in our stock, in make stock or for some items we need to wait in a list for 1-3months to get here.
■These in stock in make will arrive to us within about 2-7 business days.
■For those are made on order or no stock in make, these will be late and will let you know the date after hearing from the make.
■[NOTE] We might be late getting back to you on holidays or if the make is closed.

■We will get back to you as soon as we hear from them.
■If the item is out of stock in our store, we need to make an order to the manufacturer then, it will arrive,

■We cannot confirm that the parts inside are ours after we have dismantled the product.
■Product deficiencies due to errors with mounting processes or adjustments.
■Improper car maintenance(i.e.. oil change, timing belt, etc.…)
■Nature disasters, car accidents, and theft
■Expendable supplies are missing.(Please prepare the parts by yourself.) 


 

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY

■No cancels accepted AFTER YOU WON the item.
■Please check the compatibility of your car before you place a bid.
■NEGATIVE feedback will be left on your account if you cancel on the item after you won
 and we will not be able to cancel the feedback and can not correct it either.

CANCELLATION AFTER DELIVERY

■Contact us within 1 MONTH after the items arrived
 Please send the item back within 3 days after your contact, we will not accept the item if you are late.

We will check the item when we received the items return from you.
When the check is done, we will refund you by wire transfer.
