It is a famous store representing the Tokyo style eel which continues adhering to a natural eel.
It is the long-established store of a 160 or so foundation year.
The important figure of each field is continuing protecting the taste of the tradition made favor over five generation.
The numerousness [ the natural eel which decrease in number every year ] of stocking is also famous, and the 90 percent is using the product from Tonegawa.
