   Junro Shodan 

  1. Slide left foot to 9 o'clock and make kiba dachi, execute left down block
  2. Pull the left foot back and make parallel feet stance (Heiko dachi), execute left jodan inside ude uke
  3. Step to 9 o'clock again to make left front stance and deliver a left chudan inside round punch in a round motion passing in front of your face (hanmi position)
  4. Rotate clockwise pivoting on the left foot, make right front stance and execute right down block
  5. Remain in the same stance, execute left chudan reverse punch
  6. Step to 3 o'clock with right foot and make kiba dachi and execute right down block
  7. Pull the right foot back to form parallel stance (Heiko dachi) and execute right jodan inside ude uke
  8. Step to 3 o'clock again with the right foot assuming right front stance and deliver a chudan inside round punch
  9. Rotate counter clockwise pivoting on the right foot, make left front stance executing left down block
  10. Remain in the same stance, execute right chudan reverse punch
  11. Step to 12 o'clock and assume left front stance, execute left down block
  12. Make a left cat stance by sliding back left foot and execute left chudan inside ude uke

  1. Start from shizentai (feet at shoulder width)
  2. Slide right foot to 3 o'clock then make left cat stance to 9 o'clock, execute left gedan barai.
  3. Slide left foot forward to make left front stance, execute left chudan uchi uke and right chudan gyaku zuki simultaneously
  4. Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot, make kiba dachi (body facing to 6 o'clock) and deliver right chudan hammer fist strike to 9 o'clock
  5. Turn counter clockwise pivoting on left foot and make left front stance to 9 o'clock, execute left gedan barai
  6. Pull the left foot back half way, turn to 3 o'clock and make right cat stance, execute right gedan barai
  7. Slide right foot forward and make right front stance, execute right chudan uchi uke and left chudan gyaku zuki simuletaneously
  8. Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make kibadachi, deliver left chudan hammer fist strike to 3 o'clock
  9. Turn clockwise pivoting on right foot to make right front stance facing 3 o'clock, execute right gedan barai
  10. Step forward with left foot to 12 o'clock and make left front stance, execute left gedan barai and right chudan gyaku zuki simultaneously

Note

To deliver chudan morote zuki, bring both fists to the chest height, the thumb side of the fists touching the chest (palm facing down), bringing the elbows to the side at the same height as the fists. Deliver punches straight forward without rotating the fists.

  1. Turn clockwise pivoting on left foot to make right back stance to 9 o'clock, execute right chudan uchi morote uke (inside double forearm block)
  2. Adjust right foot to make right front stance, deliver left chudan gyaku zuki
  3. Step forward to make left front stance, execute gedan juji or kosa uke (cross arm block)
  4. Slide both feet forward remaining left front stance, deliver jodan shuto juji zuki (open hand cross strike)
  5. Turn counter clockwise pivoting on right foot, make left back stance to 3 o'clock, execute left chudan uchi morote uke
  6. Adjust left foot to make left front stance, deliver right chudan gyakuzuki
  7. Step forward to make right front stance, execute gedan juji uke
  8. Slide both feet forward remaining right front stance, deliver jodan shuto juji zuki

  4. Step forward & make right front stance, deliver right open-hand inside round strike to jodan
  5. Turn clockwise to 3 o'clock, pivoting on left foot, make right back stance, execute right jodan inside forearm block with left open-hand kamae in front of forehead
  6. By shifting right foot, make right front stance, deliver left open-hand outside round strike to jodan
  7. Step forward & make left front stance, deliver left open-hand inside round strike to jodan
  8. Turn counter clockwise to 12 o'clock, pivoting on right foot, execute left down block

  6. Slide both feet forward, remain the same stance, left chudan gyaku zuki
  7. Step back with right foot pivoting on left foot, make kibadachi, right chudan tsukami uke (slowly) to 3 o'clock
  8. Take a quick half step with left foot to 3 o'clock, right chudan side thrust kick, pull back right hand to right hip
  9. Make right front stance to 3 o'clock, left reverse punch
