Whole neck 66Gy (Oropharynx)

This case had very advanced cancer of oropharynx with lymphnodes metastasis. We decided that this case should be treated by prescribed dose 66Gy with oral S-1 concurrently.

At 50Gy over, this case shoewd macroscopically CR. Note there was not so sever mucositis.

2 years later, no recurrence and no sever complications.
