After selecting the product you want and confirming that you have ordered the correct size and color, click the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the purchase. If you wish to specify a delivery date or time, or should you have any concerns regarding the order, please write the information in the remarks column.

When placing a custom order, be sure to indicate the breed, weight, and gender, as well as the neck and chest size of your dog, and the length of the desired clothing item. Please allow two to four weeks from the time of your special order for delivery. If your order includes ready-to-ship items in stock, and you would prefer to receive these first, please let us know. (Note: shipping and handling will be charged for each of the two deliveries.)

When we receive your order, we will send you confirmation via e-mail.

Point System

We are grateful for your business, and the TiaraPoints point system is our way of saying thank you for being such a great customer. For every purchase, we will award points worth 3% of the total purchase price, which can either be applied toward your next purchase, or saved and accumulated to apply to future purchases. TiaraPoints have no cash value.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DISCOVER and JCB cards.

C OD payment (Japan only)

Yamato Transport delivers all TIARA orders. For our residential customers who take delivery at their home address, COD payment may be made directly to the Yamato driver when the delivery is made. Note that a separate COD surcharge will apply, calculated based on the dollar amount of the order. Only deliveries to residences may be paid for on a COD basis.

B ank transfers (advance payment)

Please remit payment within five days of placing your order. Note that customers are responsible for the service fee on bank transfers.

Product Delivery

O verseas orders

We ship our customer orders via EMS. Shipments can be tracked throughout the delivery process using the EMS tracking system, and EMS also provides insurance against damage. We make every effort to deliver items in stock to foreign addresses within 5-10 days of the time we receive the order. The shipping charge is a flat $10 for purchase orders of at least $300.


D omestic orders

Yamato Transport delivers all orders within Japan. Items in stock ship 3-6 days after they are ordered, except when payment is remitted by bank transfer, in which case the order will ship 3-6 days after confirmed receipt of payment. The shipping charge is a flat \500 for purchase orders of at least \10,500. If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please write the request in the remarks column at the time you make your online purchase.

Product Exchanges and Returns

E xchanging or returning a product due to an error on our part

Please check the items in your order carefully when they arrive. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our products and their delivery. However, if a product is defective or an item in the order differs from what you had requested, please send us an e-mail within five days of delivery describing the problem. We will offer an exchange or refund at your option, and will pay all shipping and handling charges associated with the return of the unwanted product. Note that for health and safety reasons, the exchange and refund policy applies only to products that have not been used.

E xchanging or returning a product for reasons other than our error

Please inform us of your intention to exchange or return the item within five days of delivery. We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange for products that have not been used. However, we ask that the customer pay the shipping, handling and any other charges associated with the return of the unwanted product.

E xchanging or returning custom ordered products

We create every custom ordered item specifically for one pet ? the one that belongs to the customer who placed the order. Because they are not made for sale to anyone else, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for these specially ordered and specially made items.
