ADMISSIONS
The following are
required for admission:
- One 1-hour trial lesson as either a participant or an observer.
Free trial lessons are only possible as an observer. A child joining as an observer can not interact with the teacher or the other students. Joining a lesson as an observer is free of charge.
A regular 1-hour trial lesson costs ¥1000. A private 1-hour lesson costs ¥2000.
After the trial lesson, there is an evaluation period that lasts for the next three lessons.
- 3
evaluation lessons are required for all students.
The
evaluation
lesson fee will be \6000 for the 3 lessons. (1 lesson costs \2000 including
tax)
To
avoid distracting students' focus in the regular class, parents are
not permitted to join the three evaluation lessons.
The
purpose for the trial lesson is to:
*
See if the child can work well with the teachers and classmates.
*
Understand the way our school system works.
After
the trial lesson please submit a
complete application
form and health history form.

Guidelines for reserving lessons
The Fundamentals Class should be scheduled on a weekly basis (i.e. same day and time every week).
At least four Fundamentals Classes must be scheduled per month.
Any other classes are purely optional. Attending them is not a requirement.
The school's monthly calendar should be used to make reservations for classes.
The monthly lesson schedule can be seen through
Yahoo! Calendar.
Link http://calendar.yahoo.co.jp/multiageeducation
Once a new monthly calendar has been made, parents
will be notified through the MA PTA Blog. They should then print it at home. (Copies are also available at MA.)
Parents are then asked to circle any classes they
would like their child to reserve.
If your child cancels a lesson, please
see the handbook for our policy on cancelled/rescheduled
classes.
