『HEDHIKAA/ヘディカ』
“HEDHIKAA(ヘディカ)”とは、家庭料理としてまた大衆食堂（ホタ）などで、

is kind of short-eats being eaten by local person

通常、現地人に食されているショートイーツ（おやつのようなもの）。

Maldives.
モルディブではこのヘディカやカレーが日常の食事です。

モルディブの数少ない産物、ツナやココナツを使い、
They use
tunas and coconuts that are products in Maldives
カレーやチリで味付けるものが主流。
and
seasons with the curry and the
chilies.
またモルディブは暑いので食べ物がすぐに悪くなります。
And, food worsens easily because
Maldives is hot.
そのせいか揚げ物が多いです。
Because of that or not,there are a
lot of deep-fries.
スイーツもココナツ使いが多いです。
Sweeten short-eats also, they use
a lot of coconuts.
しかも遠慮せずにとても甘いのです。
And it is very sweet too
much!!
その作り方、モルディブではほとんどの家庭・ホタで独自。
