PayPal（ペイパル）利用拡張プログラム

ここでは「利用拡張プログラム」の入り方について、説明します。

「利用拡張プログラム」に入らなくても、PayPalは使用可能ですが、その場合、支払いの限度額(12万円前後でした）に制限がかかっています。「利用拡張プログラム」に加入する事で、その制限を外す事ができます。「利用拡張プログラム」に入るためには、1.95ドル（200円程度）が、必要になります。逆に不正使用されても被害を最小にするように、わざと「利用拡張プログラム」に入らないという方法もあると思います。

また、「利用拡張プログラム」に加入していない場合、PayPal口座は 「Unverified」という状態になっており、いくつかのサイトでは、この状態になっているPayPalアカウントでの購入を断っている場合があります（が、私はその様なサイトでも購入できてしまった事があります）。「利用拡張プログラム」に加入する事で、PayPal口座を「Verified」の状態にする事ができます。

①「Jpananese - Unverified」のリンクをクリックして、指示に従っていくと、手続きが終了します。マウス操作だけで済むので、特に何かを入力する所はありません。

can obtain and enter your Expanded Use Number by following the steps below:

1. In the item description section of your next credit card statement, your
4-digit Expanded Number will be printed next to the $1.95 USD PayPal
Expanded Use Fee (example, PayPal 1234*(EXPUSE)). Check your next statement
to find your unique Expanded Use Number.
2. Click the link below and type in your unique Expanded Use Number:

https://www.paypal.com/row/MEM-NUMBER

If you access your credit card statement online, it may take up to 4
business days for your Expanded Use Number to appear. If you don't have
online access to your credit card statement, please wait for your printed
statement to arrive in the mail.*

After you have entered your Expanded Use Number, your enrollment will be
complete.

手続きが終了すると、PayPalのアカウントとして登録していあるメールアドレスに次ぎのメールが来ているはずです。

暫くすると、PayPalからクレジットカードに$1.95の請求が来ます。

クレジットカードの請求書に、4桁の数字が記載された請求が来ます。

このページのトップの①の部分のリンクを再度クリックすると、左の様な画面になります。

①クレジットカードの請求書に記載されている4桁の数字を入れます。

②「Submit」を押します。

ステータスが「認証済み」に変わります。
