Welcome to Minnano nihongo renshuujoo, Japanese language practices for everyone!
This website is run by "Literakoya Niigata", a volunteer group in Niigata, Japan.
Everyone can enjoy all the practices free here, though it would be greatly appreciated if you would donate to us.
Click here to see more about Literakoya Niigata. Click here to donate to us.
We made these exercises, using a freeware called "Hot Potatoes". We would like to express out appreciation to the authors.
This website is supported by Niigata-ken Kinrosha Fukushi Kosei zaidan (the Foudation of the Welfare for the Workers in Niigata Prefecture).
If yes, please click the menu on the left side to begin the exercises.
If no, you should learn them before you begin the exercises, because we use Japanese Kana scripts (both Hiragata and Katakana).
You can download charts of HIRAGANA and KATAKANA (PDF, A4 size) on the left side menu to learn by yourself. However, if you find it very hard to learn all of them, how about trying our "Kana Quickest Learner", just clicking the menu on the left side. You can hear the sounds too. Click here to see the sample of Quickest Learner(PDF).
If you like it, please visit our website to donate to us. Thank you.
You can also learn Japanese scripts from the following websites.
