CONCEPT
１）女性の持ち合わせている、魅力的なRidingを引き出せる環境を創り上げていく。
（It up creates the environment which can draw out charming riding which the woman has. ）

２）日本全国での女性ライダー［STREET・FLAT］のレベル向上を目的とする。
（It has a purpose of the level the improvement of woman rider [STREET･FLAT] in various parts of Japan. ）

３）難く、難しい雰囲気の大会ではなく、アットホームな雰囲気の大会を創りあげていく。
（It creates a cozy rally up.）


CONTESTANT
１）国籍は問わない。
（It doesn't ask a nationality.）
