In 2012, we held our 28th year Bon-Odori festival. We estimate about 4000
participants came. Japanese restaurants provided Japanese style lunch boxes
while long lines wanted. People enjoyed many Japanese style arts
and crafts.
Kids Taiko ( Japanese drum ) club performance was wonderful. We also had
Aikido demonstration this year. And off course we had Tea Ceremony, Calligraphy,
Origami and Yukata fitting as well as games outdoor.
29th Bon Odori Festival will be on
August 3, 2013 Saturday
at Wells Fargo Atrium
