Damage Claims and insurance:
In the event your item is damaged during shipping, please email us immediately and file a damage report
with the post office. Once the post office files a damage report, they would ship your item back to Japan with no charge.
Right after receipt of a damaged item with the damage report, we refund you full amount of what paid for an item,
including all shipping charge.

Return Policy:
