MEETING LOCATION AND TIME
We usually have meetings at Himeji Dokkyo University in the West Building on the 3rd Floor.
It is joined to the main building on the 3rd floor.
We have 5 meetings per year on Sundays from 10:00-12:00.

HIMEJI DOKKYO UNIVERSITY
VENUE: Himeji Dokkyo University, 7-2-1, Kamiohno, Himeji, Hyogo, 670-8524
Nishikan, 3rd Floor, Room 33A.
Directions:
Enter through the main entrance and go straight to the elevators.
Go up to the 3rd Floor. Turn left as you exit the elevator.
Turn left again and go straight down the corridor.
You will see the Nishikan elevators at the end of the corridor.
In front of the elevator turn right and go past the toilets on your left.
You will see the room on your left.

TRANSPORTATION: 20 minutes from Himeji station. Take the bus going to (Himeji Dokkyo University from Bus stop 3 from the main bus station (on the left side as you exit the station) or from Bus stop 2 in front of Mitsuitomo Bank on the main road that leads to the castle.
交通機関： JR姫路駅・山陽電鉄姫路駅前から神姫バス「姫路獨協大学行き」又は、「姫路獨協大学経由大寿台行き」に乗車し「姫路獨協大学」で下車。所要時間約20分。

CAR PARK: Free guest parking if you speak to guards at main building. Otherwise, student parking area is 200yen.

VENUE: Shikama Library Building on the 3rd Floor, Meeting room 2.（Himeji city）

(Enter the main entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd Floor. Walk straight out from the
elevator and past the toilets. It is the last room down the corridor. )

CAR PARK: 10 cars and one disabled person parking space. You can park after 9:30am.

EGRET
VENUE: Egret, 4th Floor, Meeting room (near elevator）
場所： イ―グレ、４階、会議室
(Egret is close to Himeji Castle so first follow signs leading to Himeji castle.
On the way, you will notice 2 parks on either side of the main road that leads to Himeii Castle.
Egret is a glass building that is opposite the park on the right side of the main road.
The main entrance and lift are at the side of the building.)

交通機関： JR姫路駅から姫路城（北）の方へ歩いて約600ｍ（大手前公園南側）
CAR PARK: There is an expensive car park under the Egret Building. (2hrs - 600yen)
駐車場： 大手前公園地下駐車場 ( 最初の1時間300円, 30分毎に150円, 一日最大2,400円) （約600台駐車可）
