Once upon a time at the end of the year, a deity had a meeting with all the animals and said to them,

"On January 1st, come to greet me. I'm going to name a year for each of the first 12 animals to finish a race to the palace gate."

  "Wow, it's a race!" "It's a race!"

All the animals were excited.

A careless cat forgot to go to the meeting. So he spoke to a mouse, "I heard about the race. When is it?" "January 2nd," the mouse lied to the cat.

On the last day of the year, the cow set off before dawn. "Because I walk slowly..." the cow was saying to herself as the mouse looked on.

If you are in Denmark, what language will you use? The Danish have their own language. But many people understand you if you speak with them in English. In this way, English is used as an international language.
