The following is a report on Dr. Emoto's visit to Indonesia written by Susi and Christi who are the supporters of the project.

December 8, 2008

It was really an honor for us to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Emoto and Hiro at Jakartafs airport on December 8, 2008. A moment of a dream comes true.

The first time we heard about Mr. Emotofs work was in New York in January 2000, when we had a chance to learn about a healing method called Resonance Repatterning.
Since then we kept learning about water crystals until one day in year 2005, out of the blue, a publisher asked us to translate his books into Indonesian language. A chance that we welcomed wholeheartedly.

Then August 22, 2007, we were able to see Mr. and Mrs. Emoto personally through one of his seminar in our home town, Bandung, Indonesia. In that meeting we decided to take up Emoto Peace Project in Indonesia, with an aim to spread itfs peace message to at least one million Indonesian children in 2 year period, through presentation of Emoto Peace Project and publication of eThe Message from Waterf books.

In 2008, we have published 2 editions, each was 10.000 copies. The first edition was funded by friends and the second edition was funded by the donation we had received from the first edition. This cross-subsidized system will go on for 2 years.

More than 12 months later, we received an e-mail from Mr. Emotofs office, offering his visit to Indonesia in the context of his Peace Project. An offer that was unimmaginable for us!
It took several months of preparation but during those months we could not believe that this visit was real until we saw Mr. Emoto, Mrs. Emoto and Hiro appeared from the airport gate. Only in that moment we realized that we were gstill standing on the groundh!

We went straight to our town, Bandung, which is 3-hour away by car from Jakarta, the capital city. We were very sorry that we could only provide a very small and noisy hotel for Mr. Emotofs team. We were not sure if they could really sleep well as they have told us.

December 9, 2008

On December 9, we visited the first school ? St. Aloysius elementary school. Most of the schools that were visited had ever heard a presentation on Emoto Peace Project from us and most of the student has a copy of eMessage from Waterf book.
After a welcome song from the students, the team was shown an experiment done by the students, in which they planted seeds in three pots, positioned in the same environment. The most successful plants were the ones which watered with elove and thanksf water.
Then we entered a room where the students had prepared their unique, honest and straight forward questions. A dialogue with Mr. Emoto was so much fun and inspiring.
Afterwards, the teachers and members of school board received a short version of Mr. Emotofs presentation. A presentation that touched many hearts. Tears would be the best expressions of our feelings.

Students at the school welcomed us with a local song.

The plants exposed to Thank you (#1) grew faster than other two.

The plant ignored (#3) has leaves which were bitten by insects.

On the evening of the 9th, we organized a bigger seminar for teachers, parents and activists. About 250 people - some came from other towns - attended the seminar, an eye-opening seminar for many.
The donation we received from admission fee and books that night were enough to publish another 1.000 copies, which was a great help for our Peace Project.

From another perspective - since we are just a network of friends who have a similar concern - that night, we met many others who were in the same wave length, so hopefully our network will grow bigger.

December 10, 2008

A dense schedule marked the 10th of December.
Morning visit to St. Ursula elementary and junior high school, where Mr. Emoto gave a presentation to around 350 students and teachers, followed by a question-answer session.
Many questions were still unanswered as the time went very fast.
Mr. Emoto was pleased to spot a student wearing a T-shirt with the words eI love Emof in the front!

Students welcomed Dr. Emoto with local traditional dance.

No time for a rest since we went straight from the school to Jakarta city. Another 3-hour-trip to St. Theresia school, where Mr. Emoto gave another presentation to around 300 student representations and teachers from kinder garden, elementary, junior high, senior high, and tourism schools.

We hoped that that night Mr. Emotofs team could have a real rest at Kristal Hotel, this time was a bigger one. A little side story about this hotel; we had had 2 hotels as our options but finally we chose this hotel as it was nearer to the school that wefre going to visit the next day, without very much noticing itfs name. It was Mrs. Emoto who noticed that it spelled with eKf (as in Indonesian word for Crystal) instead of eCf (as in Crystal), and only in that moment that we realized that we had chosen a hotel with a name so central to Mr. Emotofs work.

December 11, 2008

Morning visit to St. Ursula BSD School on the 11th.
It was so exceptional that the morning visit was extended to become almost a day visit.
Sr. Francesco Marianti OSU, the founder and president of the school - and whose face reminded Mr. Emoto of his own mother - gave us an introduction. Her schools (from kinder garden to senior high) have a deep concern and active programs for ecological and justice issues. Itfs no wonder that they take this Emoto Peace Project seriously. Since they received The Message from Water books from us, the teachers had discussed it among themselves, made rice experiments, searched the Internet for further information, before they discussed it with the students in classrooms.
As a result, the students themselves had made many experiments and projects in water. They presented their wonderful works on water to Mr. Emotofs team. We were so touched by the facts that what we had started as a small-simple action had resonated that far to the hearts of the students. We were surprised by the works of resonance; we should say by the work of eThe Resonancef. If we have felt that way, we could only try to imagine how Mr. Emotofs team must have felt.

With the students.

Mr. Emoto himself then gave his presentation eagerly although he was started to get the flu. Again, the dialogue session was felt too short as the enthusiasm of the students kept growing.
The meeting was closed by eServiamf (to serve) song, the anthem of St. Ursulafs schools, which was sang enthusiastically by all of us.

That song was also a closing of Mr. Emotofs visit this time.
eTo Servef was a reminder of our next steps in this Emoto Peace Project, since both of us are also alumnus of Ursula schools.

December 12, 2008

The 12th came with the sadness of a goodbye.
It wasnft too bad since we knew that Mr. Emotofs team would came back to Jakarta the next day for a corporate seminar, which we were going to attend to promote The Message from Water books.

December 14, 2008

14th of December, taking friends, we went to the seminar as promoters of The Message from Water books. Around 200 books were gsoldh to adult readers and the donation we received that day will give birth to around 1.000 next copies. Another big help!
This time, it was really-really sad to see a big black car left with Mr. Emoto, Mrs. Emoto and Hiro inside! It felt like something inside was taken away from us, but somehow we know you always stay in our hearts.

A big thank you to Mr. Emoto, Mrs. Emoto and Hiro. Your love, your big and generous hearts will always be remembered.

Some of the many wisdoms we learnt from this visit:

  • Ichigo-ichie (we sure this is incorrect spelling), taking the present moment preciously as it is never repeated, only once in a lifetime.
  • To be generous as water itself and as you have exemplified. Just giving with a pure heart and life will go on giving.
  • As small as one drop of water in the ocean, itfs resonance goes a long away to the end of universe.
  • Humans are conductor of all phenomena. What a blessing, yet the bigger blessing, the bigger responsibility to take care of other creations.
  • God, Ultimate Energy, or whatever name we use, was surely present and organize in this visit. And with Him or Her, miracles really happen.
