At the third phase of the program, you have to recruit action team members to work with them.

 

A mutual support system to complete the HPL program

Our mutual support system has been established to help Clubs and Club members in Division A wishing to learn leadership skills and get credit of Advanced Leader award completing the High Performance Leadership Program as one of the requirements. Those who want to get support of this system, he or she has to register the name, recognized title, Club and Area as candidates of leaders or Guidance Committee members, to the system Representative: Akira Sasaki (Saitama/Div. A Governor. 2004-2005). The applicants for leaders will be desirable to have been recognized as Competent Leader and ATM-B, C, or G although those for the Guidance Committee members have no such a requirement as far as you select as your advisers. You can select the place and time zone of the meetings freely suitable to your situations.
