Hello Everyone,
WOW!! What a blast I had in Japan. So many great people and great vibes at the parties to go along with it. It was really special and one that i will never forget. Thank you everyone: Kita & native soul (Yopparai Dj number 3) for being a good freind and putting the tour together. Hiroma (Yopparai Dj #1) Shinya (Yopparai Dj # 2) Shin1, katsu, Kiki & the whole bassment crew (Dj Tsuru and Co.) in Asahikawa (Love ya) Mix the vibe!!!! LOLOL. everyone from Fukuoka that came to party, Rumi. Mito and the whole mellow crew. Dj Kahdji san and Kiochi. Everyone at club flat Carmen and Co. and grand Cafe in osaka. Also very special shout out to Ms. Hoshi (star) for that special night @ bassment!!! Great vibes!!!! You peeole made the trip magic. Sorry if I forgot anyone! But you all made the trip special. 幼少の頃から、Hip Hop、R&B、サルサ等のあらゆる音楽の中で育ったブロンクス出身のAlix Alvarez。若干24歳の彼は、12歳の頃よりDJを開始、現在10年以上のキャリ アを持つDJ。彼は、Club Vinalで行われていたTimmy Regisfordの"The Shelter"、 今では伝説となっているAdam Scottの"Legend"で彼らのPlayに多大な影響を受け、自らのスタイルを確立していく。

彼は"Master At Work"のスタジオエンジニアやNYの老舗レコードShop、"Vinal Mania"のスタッフ得て、現在は、自身のレーベルやプロデュース&リミキサーを中心に活躍している。

プロデューサーとして200１年に彼の名義でリリースしたNu Breed Ep"、"Arnold Jarvis/Rising InTheJoy"(Black Vinal)、"Efelection  E.P"(Dance Tracks)等のHIT作を制作。その後もリミキサーとて "Tortured Soul/How Is Your Life?、"The Movers/If You Leave Now(Central Park)"、 "Amy Helm/Own Way Home(Hip Bone)"Chi/Mistaken(Bitches Brew)、"Luna/Alone(Distant Music)等の素晴らしいリミックスワークを披露。2004年には、Frankie Felicianoが手掛けるRicanstructionより、Mr Vとの共作"Deep"、"Marlon d Presents/The Uc Anthem"や自身のレーベルSoul Channelで、"Soul Channel Ep"、"The Critical Point Ep"をリリース,殆どのトップDJらがPLAYし大HIT中である。

現在は、休止中であるが、MAWのMr Vと共に、行っていた"Sole Channel"では、新旧問わずディープ.ソウルフルハウス、ガラージ&ロフトクラシックを織りまぜた彼独特のGROOVEでPLAYするスタイルで絶大な評価を得ており、今後が期待される最も注目されている若手DJの一人である。
