日本チェスチャンピオンのＦＭ小島君がＪＣＡに次のような提案をしたことを記録として残しておきます：
(1) 国際的な大会なのであれば、ＪＣＡのレーティングよりもＦＩＤＥのレーティングを優先する。
(2) 組み合わせは前日にインターネットで公表する。
(3) 組み合わせは外国の方でも読めるように英語で表記する。
(4) 国籍と名前とレーティングが書かれたプレートを机の上に置く。

I'll write here as a record that FM Kojima, the Chess Champion of Japan, has made the following proposal to JCA:
(1) If it is an international tournament, FIDE ratings should have higher priority than JCA's ratings.
(2) Announce pairing on the internet from the previous day.
(3) Write pairing table in English so even foreigners can read it.
(4) Put on tables plates showing nationality, name, and ratings.
